    Hi Ivan,

Zing supports RHEL Real Time for different Kernel versions when using DKMS which builds the module on your system for the specific Kernel version.

But the documentation for the Zing Trial on RHEL only describes the installation for non-DKMS packages which support only a limited number of different Real Time Kernel versions.

The solution for your RHEL Real Time system now is to follow the documentation for Amazon Linux instead but apply it on your RHEL system:
    http://docs.azul.com/zing/zing-downloads-ami.htm

That will install the Zing DKMS ZST package which will be built for the required kernel module on your system during the installation via rpm or yum.

As the DKMS tool is not included in standard RHEL, CentOS and Oracle Linux, you need to install it first from the Fedora EPEL repository. It is only already included in Amazon Linux, Debian, Ubuntu and SLES.

    # yum install kernel-devel.x86_64
    # curl -O https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
    # yum install epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
    # yum clean dbcache
    # yum install dkms

Now, Zing Trial can be installed as documented in http://docs.azul.com/zing/zing-downloads-ami.htm.

The instructions to use DKMS in this case are available here: https://support.azul.com/hc/en-us/articles/217293566
