Are you already installing the most recent Azul Zulu Prime JVM and ZST packages?
They are available for download on https://www.azul.com/software-downloads-and-documents/ and in addition they are available from the Azul Platform Prime package repository as documented in https://docs.azul.com/prime/Installation-And-Configuration.
If you are not a customer, go to https://azul.com/products/prime/trial-download/ for receiving the most recent version.
To receive help for Azul Zulu Prime installation issues or all other technical problems with Azul Platform Prime write to our support on support@azul.com. Even if you are not a customer yet and have problems with the free Azul Platform Prime trial installation, please write to that address.
