Installing Azul Platform Prime on Docker

Since Azul Zulu Prime JVM 19.07 Zing does not need the ZST component anymore which was required in earlier versions. To run Azul Zulu Prime JVM within a Container now you only need to extract the Azul Zulu Prime JVM tar.gz package inside the container. The Azul Zulu Prime JVM tar.gz is available on Azul Platform Prime downloads.
